O’Neill Clothing Presented this Case Study at the eTail West Conference in Palm Springs in Feb 2013. The case study revolves around a common problem for brands and retailers – how to get reviews and buzz on a brand new product page. ReadyPulse worked with O’Neill to integrate with their product catalog to have products posted on social networks, instantly creating a “social coolness factor” leading to dozens of usable, authentic social consumer reactions that were displayed on product pages.
